A sobeit with /WARP?

Hi, i have and old sobeit in which there is no /warp command, also when i manually warp to a vehicle my skin goes inside the vehicle but the other day i saw a fellow cheater who would warp to the ROOF of the cars, and he told me his sobeit has a /warp command, i downloaded eclipse but it doesnt have that command.

So basically i want to WARP on ROOF of vehicles not inside

it might be his own s0biet or a cleo or a .sf plugin he made.
you can tell one of the s0b authors to add a /rwarp command
