So, since ages we had no shoutbox now we have one and with that one comes an In-game Shoutbox!

It works on every SA:MP Version because it only needs GTA:SA.

Also the Mod is in pure- alpha, it may be or it is buggy.

That Mod is also created in my spare time, so keep in mind that I wont to every day fixes.

It support's Writing & Reading.

For writing Ingame:
You need to Open the "UGCHAT.INI" and add your forum logins.
You can generate the needed lines with http://ugbase.eu/NChat/getcredits.php.

The Keys are NOT editable for now.

Keys:
F9 - Open Chatbox
F5 - Go in Chat Edit Mode
Chat Edit Mode:
Arrow Keys: Move it
Numpad + & -:  Increase & decrease font size.

KNOWN BUGS:
- The Name Color is sometimes brigther or darker.

if anyone asked , after you put the files in your gta folder ,, run gta through samp , and then after you spawn exit ,,  then you will see "UGCHAT.INI" in your gta folder ,, open it and edit it by adding the name and the hashed password.

i can't chat , i can only see the ppl chat btw o.o

I didnt really updated it with our lastest changes to the chat, since no one used it.

All mods fine, but when use this dead and crash key:
