keybinder cnr modify pls few mins job

* Name of the mod (if the mod doesn't exist, you don't have to tell one):keybinder for cnr
* Where you saw it (not the server, we mean if you saw any videos/screenshots about it or not):i just need to modify it
* What do you want (the most important part, explain this carefully)in this file u have to press right mouse button and X to cuff and arrest but can some1 make that u can only press x and it will /cuff /arrest . thanks!

Is that file cleo or .sf?
U cant edit sf without source

that is .sf file,not cleo.cs file.
