Please help me with this.
In the first Video he damages two Players with one shot.
He also is turning 180° around a lot.

Is he using a Skin Aimbot, Triggerbot or anything else that could give him aim advantages?

From those videos you really can't tell. But seems like No. And in other hand, Deagle with aimbot(Depends on aimbot) is very hard to detect, even good anti-cheat can't.
