Activate traffic and peds!

Hello can anyone activate the singleplayer cheat codes and traffic and peds for this mod.

Yes it's very good to have when just gotta play with your friends, thats why i need the peds and traffic aswell

He is spamming to pass the limited  post counts to get the attachments he isnt mean it .just a spam .

Anyway i didnt understand what u mean by your mode?

The mod allows players to connect to each other, And somewhy have they disabled the Peds and traffic, And i wonder if someone can activate it?

I think you can change in the .dll , to allow the peds and traffic, but i cant open .dll files :8
