Here this is my Blog "GTA- Monstercat" is a ModPack that includes nearly everything except the Texture Packs...
Important! this Pack includes things like "InterfaceEditor" and "Sensfix" delete them if you dont want them...

This is a Copy&Paste Pack so you only have to put all files in your GTA Folder

I don't use ENB, my video card doesn't support it. The only things that I use are: my own timecyc, San Andreas Retextured 3 and some peds & weapons mods.
