As the title suggests, I'm having trouble displaying an app over SAMP running in fullscreen mode. Prior to a recent Windows 10 update, I was able to achieve this by running the following AHK code in a loop:

IfWinActive, GTA:SA:MP
    WinSet, AlwaysOnTop, Off, A

This does not work anymore. Right now, I am only able to display my application over SAMP when SAMP is in windowed mode. Looking at sampfuncs-settings.ini, I see an option for window-mode-notopmost. Is there anything similar for fullscreen? Is this even possible anymore? Pls help.

EDIT: Solved. In addition to changing the alwaysontop value in your application's code, you also have to change it w/ AHK to display it over SAMP now. This can be closed.

ok, well, nothing that interesting really, im sure there is a better, more efficient approach to this

Code:
Loop, {
    sleep 1000
    if WinActive("GTA:SA:MP") {
        if WinExist("YOURPROGRAM") {
            WinSet, AlwaysOnTop, Off, A
            WinSet, AlwaysOnTop, On, YOURPROGRAM
        }
    }
}
where YOURPROGRAM is the title of the window you want to display over SAMP

SAMP has to run in windowed mode otherwise it will just wont work
You might want to look at D3D9 C++ endscene hooking plus some smart programming in order to do that in fullscreen mode, sounds interesting
