REQ: SAMPFUNCS

2.1 - Оптимизация. Теперь скрипт не отправляет синхру, если человек за стеной. + багофикс
2.2 - Исправил баг, при котором скрипт не работал.
3.0 - Добавлена команда /tarbull id - атакует игрока с указанным идом.
3.1 - Исправлен /tarbull. Теперь mgbull простреливает через стены, с некоторыми видами оружия. Например: М4, AK-47. Нужно прицелиться куда-то и стрелять.
