Just download sampfunc 5.2.2 or any other version if u want nd place it in your GTA SA folder nd again search on google Silenced's ASI Loader nd download em nd place them in your GTA SA folder as well,thats it.

Requirements:
Sampfuncs 5.3.1
Cleo 4.3 ( might work with cleo 4.1.. Im not sure )

Throw in cleo folder -> go ingame -> type in "sbot" as a cheat code. Not in the chatbar.
Good luck reading russian. If you click on the one that says "sdraw" or something, the hack will be activated.
hold "b" to make the aim stick to player
