I was wondering if it was possible to have a cleo or a script that can steal another users nickname or change your nickname without disconnecting from the server and everyone would be able to see it (i want this for a roleplay server)

I don't think it is possible while you are both in game without disconnecting, or only if the server allows you somehow. But you can change your name to be similarly to his, englysh nut mai best language. for example : if his name is BELLE_DELPHINE, you can change the name into BEiLE_DELPHINE(caps 'i')

Yeah pretty sure someone did this on a pretty weak server where you can spawn bots without logging in and use some sort of invis to have the bot walk around where you are, but it's quite a long way from being a proper namestealer.
