Hi, recently my IP was banned from a server (cloud.og-times.ro), i don't want to use permanent a VPN. Is any solution for this? I can't to change my IP because i have an static IP. Sorry for my bad english.

I did this for about 4 months because i get a bot net, the IP was changed for about 3 times, the ISP said that the IP will not be changed beacuse was changed for multiple times.
