What kind of hack is this what kills people, it just sends a death but not with any weapon

Hmm can you go and try that on there, it has good Anti cheat thou  s2.gta-mp.cz:7777

The server owner got 500€ damage last year when one guy constantly killed people with minigun(mgbull and sobeit infinite ammo) and fooled the anti cheat xd

I have no idea about the cheat he using, because that server has high anti cheat protect. Only sobeit wont make it work.

The first time i played there i found a way (still works) to kick players without them even noticing it.

Well you probably used some different kind of cheats than sobeit and (/sk ID) kick. I used that and sometimes i could kick players but sometimes the anti cheat got me.
