CLEO Help Urgent doubt

I wanted to know if it is possible to use some mod / cheater, without being using CLEO, and how I use the CLEO mods being that otherwise without being in the folder.

1. You can use .asi or .exe
2. Cleo is open source, you can download it and adjust to your wants and needs (load the cleo files from different folder)

Well there is an easier way... use HXD or Cheat engine... sometimes they help
