Help samp loading singleplayer

I just installed windows 11 and downloaded the gta that I was using be4
now its loading singleplayer is there any fix? also gta_sa.set isnt creating in my documents only gta_sa2.set but I had both before I reinstalled my pc

Ive encountered this problem just a few days ago and its really easy to fix.
Just reinstall SAMP and youre done
Locate and run SAMPUninstall.exe in your game directory
Download the installer at sa-mp.mp (the official website sa-mp.com is down)
Run the installer
Done
