Good choice Dimitri.. I got a rather old GTX 460, and it runs gta smoothly, 90 fps, no lag at all, with high settings, and so on

F11 -> Misc -> Enable HUD text

Press F11 -> GTA (Category) -> Misc -> Turn off "Enable HUD Text"

then i think you have to change the key_vehicle_jumper = YOURKEYEHERE key_vehicle_occupied_jumper = YOURKEYEHERE to other keys maybe

i think you maybe misunderstood if, as far as i can understand he is allready in a faction, but can choose normal skins even tho he is on duty.. But i might not be correct :) :):)

I think this is what youre looking for then: Open the mod_sa-s0nicTz.ini find s0n_rain_at_start = 1 and change it to s0n_rain_at_start = 0
