can we edit the position of the target informer?

Whenever i use this cleo, it always make my player invulnerable or i can't do any movement but the game is not responding, any fix? here is the link : https://github.com/BlastHackNet/mod_s0beit_sa/releases/tag/v4.4.1.3 is using a laptop has something to do with the cleo not working?
