If only you guys DO read previous pages. If you want to block data collection, block it via HOSTS file. The MINUS button is beetwen the "0" and the "+"

Is it possible to do this without using any hardware flasher or something? I'm a total noob at soldering things and i'm afraid that i'll brick my PS3. Visited some so-called service center but they don't know how to downgrade it either.
