Everytime I put sampfuncs on my gta and start it up, when I going to menu it's really weird its covered of colors... check the picture and please help me

when my samp finishing its loading my game crash I have sampfuncs and some cleo

When the server lost connection or i using a cleo mod the reconnect me my samp stucked at joining the game. I tried too many times to re install or remove the cleo mods but it's always getting stuck ((only in reconnect not include /q and then connect))
