    I've downloaded FrostyVPN, But all the I.P's are banned from a certain server (NG:RP) Can someone tell me how to assign new I.P's that are not banned from NG:RP Any help would be appreciated

    CLEO Help How to hack rims on NGRP?

    I used to be able to do it with custom carmods.dat and such but they made their anti-hack rims better, Im sure people do it i just dont know how, Any help would be appreciated.
