Bunch of crash messages showed up in chat on 0.3.7 R1 launch. Tried to car troll as it's my favorite but it keeps saying no vehicles streamed near me even if I'm in UIF server with more than 20 cars streamed right beside my player. Didn't try any other features though.

Just check again if your IP has been really changed on each re-connection. Or those random IPs might be really banned due to overuse by other players lol who knows. Don't login to the same player account that you got banned again. Login with an entirely new IP and create an entirely new player...

Nope as far a I know. Because the server script will check if you are logged into the admin account with password before spawning. To do most of the trolling, you must be spawned first. Anything other than that you will be kicked/banned from the server.

Download NT03DL.cs in the main post and paste it into your CLEO folder. If you don't have CLEO installed for the game, install it first.

This "Protect The President" aka /ptp mode does not restart the server on each new round start, because if they do so, the players in other modes will be affected. So they basically had to freeze you, then respawn all vehcles in your virtual world and spawn you back in your team base on each PTP...
