I have only used this on 0.3e once again, I couldn't be bothered upgrading to 0.3x again just to test this :/
I don't think I need to make a video for this one as it's so simple.
Use + and - to make your health go up and down.

Might be good if someone says you have health hacks, someone shoots you so you make your health go down a little bit to prove their asses wrong.

Is there any hacks like that which will work on RP servers? When I used that it gave me HP on healthbar, but after 0.2 sec it came back to normal and on /stats I have the same HP percentage.
