CLEO Help Nametag

first of all sorry for this terrible english skills.

So about 4 months ago i was playing samp and this nametag( http://ugbase.eu/Thread-Mod-NameTagHack-0-3-7-CLEO-EXE-ASI?highlight=nametag) was working normally after that i took a brake,now after 4 months its not working anymore , after loading screen it crashes all the time. tried reinstalling gta sa, tried anticrasher, sampfuncs, changing cleo version, nothing seems to work.
maybe someone faced with such a problem??

you can try to reinstall everything again in your gta you must have some damaged mod
