AutoBullet will use fake sync for bullets, you just shoot anywhere and hit target, however I think you have to aim at your target at least once. And it doesn't work properly on 0.3z for the most part. Password is: ugbase.eu. I suggest MG Bullet rather than this.

It's a old mod that just changes to weapon types to a SMG so you can aim across your neck P:
It maybe doesnt work properly on .3z.

How about changing the weapon type to 9mm ? Imagine yourself shooting with deagle as if you were shooting with one handed 9mm, you will shoot much faster with no effort.
