    What type of anti-virus you got if you have AVG disable is Avast disable it or if you have any anti-malware software you'll get have to disable it.

    Here have mine just put it in the Gta root folder. Make sure you white list SAMPFUNCS or disable anti-virus when going into Samp. If non of those methods work make a new windows user account and import all your Gta SA files to the new users account.
