You can prevent health cheating completely so it wouldn't matter if this is detectable or not all it exploits is the reliance server owners have using the stock damage system which doesn't perform very well without a skin hit assisted system.

Callback hooking will have an effect too marginal to make any significant difference whereas you have all your systems in single callbacks you end up with a cluster of code. A good design isn't going affect the speed of your gamemode in any negative way. I don't know if you built a gamemode but...

That script has absolutely no sense of design, all the code is thrown into a single gamemode file with all the systems in individual callbacks I guess they don't know how to use include files or callback hooking. If you want to see an excellent gamemode design check this out...

It's not really hard to have a better coded gamemode than NGRP but hey it's not as bad as Ravens Roleplay at least "at least".
