[IDL] /dl simplified V1.0

Script information: The script is a "simplified" version of /dl, it shows the following information:

• Vehicle name
• Vehicle ID
• Vehicle Health

Commands:

1. /IDL (Activation and deactivation)
2. /IDLCOLOR (Change the color of information)
3. You can also change the text size, flags and font from the .ini file.

Requirements:

1. ASI LOADER (Comes included with the mod)
