Can someone please help when I start SAMP it shows "The program can't start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." And fucking sampfuncs 5.3 doesn't work and I can't run smart invisibility mod and I'm sad right now as hell PLEASE...
