I just posted a request for barebones sobiet. But if that cant be done is there a cleo where you can disable invehicle data cleo because I want to disable speed cams so i dont recive a ticket. I know you can do it in sobiet. Please tell me or this a cleo already.

The only thing I want for barebones sobiet is cheats  Samp patches gta patches and thats it no airbrake no fly no stick no give jetpack. I tried making it i had it done but when i connected it crashed me.

I just downloaded the sobeit 4.3.3.3 source hoping to edit and get rid of some cheats that i want to remove. But I can't compile i get this error. Error 1 fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'd3dx9.h': No such file or directory...
