CLEO Help 2 functions in sanny builder

Hello I have looked in some scripts and noticed that there are 2 functions that I couldn't understand.

00BC: show_text_highpriority GXT 'MTIME3' time 1000 flag 1  // ~s~Come back between 9:00 and 17:00.

0ACD: show_text_highpriority 0x969110 time 100

GXTs are already predefined strings.
You use 0ACD to display a message near the bottom of the screen with a custom string.
