Help Adding a hotkey to s0nicTz 0.35(fix2)public?

I want to add a hotkey for no_collision but I don't know how to start, anybody help me? I tried to add a key_no_collison but that doesn't do anything in game.

You have to do something with the .dll file, and if you don't know how, it'll be pretty hard to learn.
