Anti-Aliasing

So I've played with an ENB for about 2 years, been very nice and enjoyable, beatiful looking, but recently the server I play on has had a massive boost in players and in Idlewood my FPS was dropping from my average of 120 to 40~

So I'm now just looking into finding a nice colormod, which I found.
However, since turning off my ENB I've noticed that my Anti-aliasing isn't turning on, like at all.
I've tried turning it on in the settings, I've tried forcing it with my NVIDIA settings, nothing is working.

I tried googling this and nothing was coming up.
I've tried a fresh game, I've tried different versions (CLEO and ASI) of Memory fix.
I've tried Largeraddress (although I'm not sure if that worked or not)
I put my ENB back and everything seemed fine, but I don't want to use my ENB anymore, so I'm struggling here.

Anyone got any experience with this or anyone got any ideas?
