Anti Kos Cleo

Well There is some guy that created a ahk script that detects the player's name+the weapon that he uses to avoid KOS on rp servers.
Anyone knows how to make one/make one with a cleo?

How can this avoid KoS? and what do you mean detects name and weapon you mean it lets you know about players around you and their guns?
