I just was bored and made BASIC gamemode for testing cheats,or training drift whatever.You can edit that gm without my permission.
There is also /credits cmd which tell you everything =)
And How TO use?
Extract to somewhere,desktop in folder.
Then Open "server.cfg" And there you see "rcon_password 123" change that "123" whatever you want and when you are InGame do /rcon login <pass>
Then have just fun with basic gm =)

And I think that scan wont show fully clean code because there is samp-server.exe/npc.exe etc :/
