what i think he meant is that how to remove blood coming out if you get shot and if possible that other players wont see the blood too..so if ur using hh or something with anti stun you wont get busted easily, thanks ive been looking also for such a thing!

Hmm, ghost mod or a bullet/collision godmode(it'll make the bullets go through you, there are some around the forum).

Other than that nope, it's a client effect.
