Hi, Italy mafia Released a new Launcher that detect any cleo or any exe you are running while playing in italy mafia server is there anything to deactivate it the launcher while  it start and keep the game playing? or is there anything to bypass? and does it really detect exe like nametag

You can always hook up an exe or dll after you join the game. This way the hack or mod does not need to be in the GTA folder

No you can't.
It's client-sided , nobody has ever made something that bypasses client-side launchers
