Did you copied the sb data files that come with the sampfuncs archive in your sb folder?

You need to download SAMP Functions 3.2 and then you need to files from sb data folder which is inside SF 3.2 .rar file to /Sanny Builder/data/sa/ folder.

If that is not clear enough, I give up on humanity once more.

dont tell me how to change.

It has a written key. It is hidden behind a keycode.
You can do that yourself. Just as I explained.
