CLEO Help Can't delete a cleo

Hey guys i need help i made a cleo on sanny builder and i used it to see if it works but i did not so i made it work but when i used the one working the one that did not work was also activating i deleted both cleos and still it was activating i even re installed GTA and Samp but it still keeps on activating i need help please!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rename your gta folder. And if you use win7/8 with UAC check your appdata\username\local\virtualStore folder.
