Help Cant download samp funcs v3.1.2

For some really strange reason that when i tried to download the new samp funcs it did not let me extract it anywhere on my computer i downloaded the one from this post http://ugbase.eu/releases-6/massivekill-cs-troll-and-kill-players!!!!!!!!!/ i click the attachment but the download just fails i think it is something to do with my browser which is firefox. Can somebody help out here?  :bawww:
