Help Cant post in cleo request section

Can some moderator help me? Because I cant post on cleo request section or any request section, I dont know why...

because UGBASE predicted your request was stupid so it decided not to let you. Just kidding requests is full of spammers so they thought it would be better if they closed requests therefore making people like you spam about how they can't post in the request section. I mean atleast give the requests section this "[CLOSED]" or something so people know but then I supposed people would ask "why".

I dont think I am one of the '' spammers '' cuz I post one request once in a two months or so ..
