Help Car stopping very fast on high fps

Hello everyone,
I'm currently playing without SAMP Addon and on 140 fps (limited with NVIDIA).
My problem is when I drive some car and from the momen I release W key, the car starts braking and stops very fast.
Is there any specific patch just for this problem because I don't want to install Vigilante.

You are not using sampaddon, if you have this bug.

Try it, but I recommend you not to use fpsunlock, if you don't use sampaddon which makes a full fix for all these problems
