CLEO Help Cheat for crashing your script on a server?

Is there a cheat like that you cant "crash" your script on a server like only the script if you know what I mean.

Like I play on a RP server and when I minimize my game for a few hours like when I go afk after I get back to the game I cant type any commands like /report I can only write in chat

And after that happens I can bug my ammo on my weapon like when i try to give my gun to someone it gives it to them but I still have the gun
