Help Cleo 4.1 Setup

Hey i would like to test some new cleo scripts after the update 0.3z but unfrotently i couldnt install the cleo 4.1 i get tons of erros :table_flip: i just can ignore them but when i do that cleo will not install.

Im hope someone can help me.

Output folder: C:\Program Files\Grand Theft Auto San Andreas
Extract: vorbisFile.dll
Extract: vorbisHooked.dll
Output folder: C:\Program Files\Grand Theft Auto San Andreas\CLEO
Output folder: C:\Program Files\Grand Theft Auto San Andreas\CLEO\CLEO_SAVES
Output folder: C:\Program Files\Grand Theft Auto San Andreas\CLEO\CLEO_TEXT

* Make sure you're not trying to install cleo library when the game was running.
* Remember to run the setup file as administrator (right click > properties > run as admin)
* If this didn't work, uninstall cleo v4.1 and try to make a fresh install (install cleo v4.1 again, not v4.3).
* If another fresh re-installation was unsuccessful, download some files from my current folder :
http://www.mediafire.com/download/ra3conuo1ydcjgc
and replace them all in order (one to cleo folder another to root).
