CLEO Help Cleo Commands not working

I have been using cleo commands in the server and also using reconnect.cs. but these cleo do not respond. /cc 2+2+8 or anything like that says unknown command.
These aren't working. They used to work well before but after getting new gta, it isn't. Help me please.

when you press Esc and enter gta_sa menu, can you see "cleo loaded" label in the left-bottom corner of the screen?

Yes I do. I have sampfuncs too.
