Cleo Scripting

Hellooo to all ugbase, I want to ask: is it hard to script cleo mods? and what do I need to know before I start doing that? I would like to become a cleo scripter, to make mods just like Opcode, D.Kay, TH3RM4AL, and many more... I need some important things how to start doing those scripts . Here you can give me some good tips or links for beginner's. I know that every beginning is hard, but i'm gonna learn it xD  :somuchwin:

Hey CLEO scripters, I have a problem, I know that you gived me tutorials for scripting but in cleo there are many codes. For example how can I know for what is this code if i cant find in on internet: "000D: $TEMPVAR_Z_COORD -= 0.5" or lets say this one: "0021:  26@ > 64.0".
