CLEO Help Convert wave sound to Mp3 format

can someone teach me how to make this sounds make convert to mp3 format

explaination



THe p1_bell is a mp3 format when it puts to the cleo folder then u shoot to a player it will do a DING sound



so i have a sound pack but it is a WAVE



does anyone know how to convert it for me ?> so all gun sound will be mp3 format and ill put it in cleo





p1_bell is already mp3 format





plz help me to convert it  if its possilble


there 2 folders when u open the pack

the names is bank_46 and bank_137 both is wave music format plz make it mp3 format !
