Help d3d hack/ similar to s0beits. [HOW?] [HELP!]

Someone have idea how to make this hack in VB.NET? or maybe C++? but samp version!.

Explanation: (When you open the .exe hack >> Open SA-MP >> the hack will inject to the game >> then works. Then if you press a desired button it will hack the menu but the hack is working) i want the hacks activate/deactive by clicking with mouse.

ok, ignore my request above, but i want to know the basic of samp vb.net or c++ hacking.

Whats the code to inject the hack into samp?

like: A message appear "You need to open sa-mp first".

EDIT:  And the code to change the memory address? OPCODES?

This pic above, I changed some mem address from cheat engine 6.2 then how do i code/apply the mem address changer to my hack tool. or how to code mem address changer in vb.net or c++.

P.S: I guess c++ is difficult than vb.net
