CLEO Help Decrypting a mod

Hi guys. I found a mod that make the work in samp easier for me. However, it has some buggy things and some things that have to be changed. The only thing is that it is encrypted. I personally don't know how to decrypt and edit it, so here it is.

I must mention that it is open source but if you edit, it's not working.

maybe the mod you got is a keylogger, the original mod is not encrypted.
