Hello..

I'm looking for a way to send a dialog response to a dialog which isn't opened...

Is that possible in any way?

Because i want to use dialog hider but when a new dialog opens it stores the new one and not that old dialog that i wanted it to store.

Thats why i wonder if there is anyway to response dialogs without opening them.

You need current dialog ID, which is only available if current dialog is NOT hidden, so no.
