Doubt with aim

Well I see now have much time and I have a skin aimbot.cs 360º, but I do not know what it is or that it serves.
Could someone explain me? The 360º in the aimbot?

There are some anti-aimbot scripts which teleport the player that you are aiming in your back (at 180º), so if you use aimbot, you will keep aiming him all the time. If the aimbot is 180º proof you won't keep aiming him.
