* Where you saw it (not the server, we mean if you saw any videos/screenshots about it or not): no where I just saw Opcode's mod that allows you drive throw traffic lights.
* What do you want (the most important part, explain this carefully) I want this to be just like opcode's cleo and allow you to drive throw trees and train stop light etc without crashing into them.
* Details (add more details to your request)
 * On/off key (specify it): auto-on

So you want a cleo that can drive through the lights, the trees and something like object ?
Try NoCollsions or script a mode have DisableRemoteVehicleCollisions
(playerid, disable)
playerid The ID of the player for whom you want to disable collisions.
disable Whether you want to enable or disable collisions. 1 to disable, 0 to enable.
